blog:First seeing my house

This national day, I eventually had a chance to see my house in Chengdu, which was bought by me in two years ago. I didn’t go to see my house although I already have got house key for more than one year. It might be unbelievable for other people, but for me it is a truth.

I bought this house before the price of real estate was soaring in Chengdu. At that time, the situation of real estate in Shanghai awaked me, I felt the real estate market would crazily rise sooner or later in Chengdu, after all which is economy development engine in Southwestern China.

No enough money is the major reason of that I hurried to buy house, because the speed of salary rising always far lags behind the speed of price rising of house. Deposit money in bank just bring out low added-vaule , in fact deposit will devaluate your money because of inflation. The fact proved my decision is correct, nowaday price of my house soared up at least 70% than two years ago. Who can increase his deposit up 70% base on 40W RMB in past two years? I think few persons can meet such thing.
